  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange. Without a proper unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Return Period

  • You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted.

Exchange

  • If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive the replacement product at the earliest.

Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds will only be processed after inspection of the returned product and verification of the unboxing video.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
